Sales Resource Planning

One App to seemlessly blend all your sales, contacts, customers and leads. Fully integrated cross-device access with a dashboard and reports. A simple and intuitive interface allows users to control all aspects of their sales.

The Problem

Users needed an app that could easily be used across an array of devices. Finding customers should be easy as well as getting information such as quotes out to the customer in the same day. Device notifications should alert the user to following up with a lead as well as marking priority customers to create a better sales service experience. Sales representatives should be able to hand off customers to other sales reps if needed.


The Goal

Sales representatives should be able to manage all sales, contacts, and quotes with little effort. All customer information and metrics relative to each sale will be visible for each sales representative and manager. Reporting will be easy to fetch and print as well as integrated quotes. The app should be able to integrate with the 3D quoting platform and track all quotes created there as well.


The Research


Users were interviewed from various companies that had business relationships with the stakeholders. Each flow must was tested and validated for user success. Vetting lo-fi prototypes and screen flows allows the user to have confidence, or make suggestions on improving the design. This product goal was an all in one tool that could bring customers, companies, contact details and products all into a tracking tool. With this tool associates could maximize the potential of sales and follow-ups.

Initial Design Concepts

Inspiration for this sketch came from the research. A simple layout where contacts and details for a chosen contact could interact harmoniously.

Mobile UI

With cross-device capability the need to be in an office at a desk is eliminated. Accessing SRP can be done while grabbing coffee with a tablet, or while using a phone on the bus. A 3D UI creates a game-like experience to keep the interface more delightful to use. Creating leads, quoting customers and getting sales unlike anything before.

Digital Quote

Digital quotes assembled with the push of a button. They could be sent to customers within minutes of a configuration built on the tablet. The 3D configurator is a 3D build and quote platform that integrates with SRP giving the sales rep full control of the customer engagement experience.
